Pipes corrosion-proof AISI 316L and 304L seamless impulse

Seamless pipes made of stainless steels 316L, 304L, 321 and special alloys (Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel). Delivery condition of pipes – light annealed with a polished surface and a continuous marking line. Diameter in inch sizes from 1/16 inch, in metric sizes from 2mm. Can be supplied with special cleaning or with special interior surface requirements.

Steels 316L, 304L, 321 are low carbon austenitic chromium nickel steels. With a molybdenum content in steel 316L of at least 2%. They have good weldability. No preheating or post-weld heat treatment required.

316L steel has good corrosion resistance in organic acids at high concentrations and medium temperatures, in inorganic acids (sulphuric and phosphoric acid) at medium concentrations and temperatures, can be used in sulfuric acid with a concentration of more than 90% at low temperatures, in salt solutions, in alkaline environments.

304L steel has good corrosion resistance in organic acids at medium temperatures, in saline solutions, in alkaline environments at medium temperatures. Delivery of straight pipes is carried out in cuts of measured length of 6m and random length of 5-7m. This is the most common delivery method. The pipe is packed in polyethylene or wooden boxes. The ends are prepared for the installation of pipe fittings or welding. The pipes are perfectly aligned.
